Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of QuickShorts's websites, APIs, and related services ("Services"). By creating an account or paying for a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You represent that you are a licensed real estate professional (or authorized to act on behalf of one) where required. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account.
2. Subscription & fees
Paid plans bill through our payment processor (Stripe). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless the product UI states otherwise.
3. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Services (including attempting to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization), violate MLS or brokerage rules when importing data, or use generated content in a way that violates fair housing, advertising, or disclosure laws.
4. Content & licenses
You retain rights to listing and marketing materials you supply. You grant QuickShortsa license to host, process, and transform that content to deliver the Services (including model-assisted rendering). Output is provided "as is" for your compliance review before publication.
5. Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickShorts's aggregate liability arising out of the Services is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
